Applications
Your Essential Ingredient
Our berry and fruit products provide flavor across hundreds of different applications. Whether you’re a startup looking to make waves with a new idea, or a food and beverage industry giant, our high-quality fruit, purees, and juices will help set your products apart.
Here are just a few ways to use our delicious purees and juices
PUREES
Fruit and berry purees are your natural ingredient alternative. Regardless of the product, consumers will love the wholesome flavor our real fruit provides.
- Unpasteurized Fruit Puree: This product is perfect for confections like gummy candy, syrups and jams, fruit preparations and bases, cocktail mixes, as well as bakery fruit fillings.
- Pasteurized Fruit Puree: Pasteurized fruit puree is an excellent natural ingredient for dairy products like ice cream, yogurt, and sour cream. It also provides flavor for dairy alternatives and plant-based beverages like smoothies, juices, and beer.
- Pasteurized Whole Piece Identity Fruit Puree: This product works well for any application where you want to show pieces of fruit — especially dairy products like yogurt, cream cheese, and sour cream.
Fruit Purees & Juices
Our fruit products also provide rich flavor for a range of beverages.
- Natural, No Additive, and Formulated Fruit Purees: In some instances, our clients ask for specific flavor profiles for beverage, dairy, and dairy alternative products. Formulated purees and not from concentrate juices (NFC) can meet these needs at a lower cost than other alternatives.
- NFC Unclarified Juice: This product is appropriate wherever the appearance of natural fruit juice is desired. Unclarified juice works well in wine, beer, smoothies, juices, or as a natural color or flavoring.
